Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened trading card products
- Singles, decks, or loose cards
- Digital items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or FINAL SALE items
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or exchange when applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If the issue is our fault, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, check with neighbors or your local post office.
We will help where possible, but replacements for stolen packages cannot be guaranteed.
