Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If an unexpected delay occurs beyond the normal processing window, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We currently ship orders using USPS (First Class, Priority Mail), UPS Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery.
Carrier and service level may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.
All available options are shown at checkout before payment.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $50
We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $50 or more before tax and after discounts.
This offer applies to qualifying U.S. orders only.
This promotion may change or be discontinued at our discretion. Any updates will appear on this page.

Estimated Delivery Times
USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
FedEx Home Delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, carrier rates, and selected service level.
All charges are displayed before you complete payment.

Shipping Locations
We ship to all U.S. states, U.S. territories (some limitations may apply), and APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Delays
Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather events, or peak seasonal volume.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help file a carrier claim.
For packages marked “Delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to start a claim. We are happy to assist as needed.
